The Challenge
Education Forward had strong program outcomes but their previous reports buried key findings in dense text. Major funders were requesting clearer evidence of impact, and renewal decisions were approaching.
Our Solution
We conducted stakeholder interviews to identify what funders actually wanted to see, then designed a report structure that led with outcomes while providing methodological depth for those who wanted it. Data visualizations made year-over-year progress immediately clear.
Results & Impact
All three major funders renewed their commitments, totaling $2M. The report format has become a template for the organization's ongoing communications.
